The Cowboy Corral is in Elsinore, not Monroe as listed. But it's only a few minutes from Monroe and well worth the drive if you're looking for breakfast or lunch while staying at Mystic Hotsprings. Excellent service, a charming environment, and delicious home-cooked, affordable food are just a few of its assets. Don't hesitate!

We all enjoy our home town Cowboy Corral. We are very tradional folks here. Taking friends and family to the Corral is a Grand experience and full of Pioneer Family's and History.
The Cowboy Corral is as traditional western as it gets. There is a live band every day other then Mondays. The food is fresh, they cut their own potatoes for fries and many of the staff supply the tomatoes/veggies. Genuine people with a genuinely old school feel. The sad thing is that a place like this will never exist again 20+ years from now.
